Astbury Hall is the ‘brain child’ of  Ken Downing, founder member of the legendary rock band Judas Priest. The golf course has echoed praise from some of the top Professional’s in the world, Paul Broadhurst and Robert Rock are amongst the many touring professional’s to voice there approval of the superb golf course.

Perhaps the finest feature of the golf course is the quality of the greens. Ken Downing has left no stone unturned when it comes to quality at Astbury Hall, the sand and the greens have all be imported in from the US.

The GL GOLF Academy, in partnership with Astbury Hall can offer you a day or break  to remember, learning or improving your game in beautiful surroundings. 

Team Competitions, Individual Challenges,  Nearest the Pin, Beat the Professional… even have a PGA Professional play in your group!

We have a wealth of experience in the organising of unique days, so whether you are looking to learn golf on your own or you have a group of 30+ golfers, we can organise a tuition day or break to Astbury Hall to meet your exact requirements.

1 DAY SAMPLE SCHEDLE

9.30am, Meet and Greet for Breakfast

10.30am – 12.00pm, Coaching

12.30pm, 18 Holes on the Championship Course, with on Course Tuition

Approx. 4.30pm, Post Game Analysis, looking at Video Capture

Cost Between £79 – £109 per person

2 DAY SAMPLE SCHEDULE

Day 1

9.00am, Meet and Greet for Breakfast and Introduction at Astbury Hall

10.00am – 11.30am, Coaching

12.00pm, 18 Holes on Astbury Hall – Round 1 Competition

7.30pm Dinner 

Day 2

9.30am, Breakfast

10.15am – 12.15pm, Video Coaching

12.30pm, 18 Holes on Astbury Hall – Final Round of Competition

7.30pm, Dinner and Presentation
